User may forget their password for the iBanking account. For this reason we have
provided
the Forget Password option. Click on the Forgot Password link. Provide the
information that system ask for.

About Lock/ Un-lock
For security reason, Any attempt with wrong user name and password for 3
times will
lock the account. An email will be sent to the user's email address as
and when it occurs.

Self Unlock Procedure:
To unlock immediately: one will have to follow the
instructions that are given in the mail. OR....
Auto Unlock: after 1 hour account will be automatically
unlocked.
About Ban/ Un-Ban
For security reason, if the system detects such unsuccessful attempt 2
consecutive locks
system will banned the account. An email will be sent to the user's
email address as and when it occurs.

Un-Ban Procedure:
To send unban REQUEST of an account, one will have to follow the
instructions
given in the email address.
System will ask for Phone no and Date of Birth. One
will have to Provide them
correctly. Then system will send an Un-Ban request to the admin.
Admin will investigate and then will unban the account.
